OLD DRAKE Digital 3D Concept Sculpt
A ZBrush sculpt I created of that old fantasy favourite,the dragon.ZBrush is a 3D digital clay modelling software that is used extensively for concept and creature design in the film industry.Complex and intriguing designs can be worked out fairly quickly and inexpensivly compared with more traditional practical sculpting methods.Ongoing developments in this field include the use of 3D printing to realise these designs as physical models and exporting to 3D animation packages such as Maya etc..
